The TFS-ICAP Volbroker application has a dedicated Trade Blotter that stores trade details for all trades executed for 'Your Institution'.

To access the Trade Blotter either press ALT+B or click on ‘Blotter’ bottom left of the screen.

This will launch the Trade Blotter application.

All trades will appear initially in Red (Trade not confirmed by either counter party)

All details of the trades are shown in the blotter.

Double left click anywhere on the Trade detail to launch the ‘Ticket View’.

Once all details of the trade have been checked and agreed. Right click on any part of the trade detail and select ‘Confirm Details’ (or left click on any part of detail and press F11)

The trade detail will now change to a purple colour (Trade confirmed by you).

This trade will change to a blue colour in your counterparty’s Trade Blotter (Trade confirmed by your counterparty).

Once your counterparty confirms this detail the trade will change to black (Trade confirmed by both counterparties (not downloaded))
8.10
Once both counterparties confirm the detail, the trade can be downloaded.
8.11
Left click on the ‘tools’ icon to launch the tools for searching and sorting trades in the Trade Blotter. The Colour Key and Short Cut Keys can also be found in this area.
